The Founders

Phil Mendonça

Co-Founder

After a Hotel Management degree from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth (2014), Phil spent two years as head bartender at JW Marriott Pune before sailing the world with Costa Cruises. He went on to shadow celebrity chef Ajay Chopra at Paashh Cafe and rose to Assistant Manager, then sharpened his strategy with a Business Analysis course at Purdue University. Phil co-founded Barboss in Goa and recently launched the Barboss Beverages product line in Pune.

Karuna Kamble

Co-Founder

A multifaceted entrepreneur, Karuna is co-founder of Barboss Beverages and Ezenox Consultants, founder of Radiant Aesthetics and co-founder of Vitalise Multispecialty Healthcare. Her expertise spans M&A, fundraising, Health-tech, Fintech and SaaS, with a foundation in Dentistry and Cosmetology plus certifications in Scrum, Six Sigma, digital marketing and Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies — helping startups and SMEs scale with intent.
